Female space pilots exploding

I'm looking for female pilots in any kind of media piloting a small spacecraft, aircraft, mecha or anything like that.

What I'm looking for, when they get defeated in a fight, is an explosion that vapirozes the pilot completely.

I know about the Gundam anime series, I'm looking for more examples, and if the pilots involved are only female, that is even better.

Any examples would be welcome. Thank you!

She's actually the only pilot you see get blown up. The unnamed male pilot is quite the badass.

TLJ has two prominent female space deaths, although they may not be what you're looking for because Paige isn't a pilot and Tallie gets blown up in the hangar bay instead of during a dogfight.

Still, it demonstrates Rian Johnson is an equal opportunity offender - you won't see stuff like this in TFA and TRoS - and the TLJ is the only ST film that matters.
