Is there any movie scene where the actress is stabbed in the navel by someone?

I like belly stabbings as well.

Here is one of my favorites. (Please forgive video quality, I can't find a better quality copy.) This is from the British comedy sketch show: 'Monty Python's Flying Circus.'

This sketch is called 'Accidents' or 'Prawn Salad.' (I've heard it called both.)

Among other things: The maid gives such a delightful squeal as she is stabbed in her belly and dies.
