War Horse Studio has announced the upcoming release of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, the next part of Kingdom Come Deliverance, the best RPG of all time happening in the medieval period in the Holy Roman Empire and in the kingdom of Bohemia.

KCD is a historically accurate game, many characters in the game are real persons (noblemen) who really existed and lived in that time. And some events like the destruction of Skalice village in KCD 1 had really happened.

The period happening in the game is between 1403 and 1435, importants events just before the Habsbourg power takeover, a civil war in the Holy Roman Empire between the supporters of king of Hungary Sigismund and Wenceslaus IV king of Bohemia.

This period in history is very important as it is the beginning of the creation of modern nations while the religious power is decreasing and the third class merchants (Bourgeoisie) are growing up, we are in the middle of the beginning of great trouble in Europe that will happen few hundreds years later, the end of feudalism.

It is also in history, the period of hundred years war between the kingdom of England and the kingdom of France, the rising of the turcs Ottomans, the ending of the Reconquista in the Iberian Peninsula, the decreasing of the Teutonic clerical order state in the northeast europe and the rising of Russia the other Orthodox Christianity power. In Asia, China is ruled by the Ming dynasty and Japan by the Ashikaga shogunate.

I already finished the game the part 1, it is for me the best RPG I played in my life. You are completely free in the game, you are living in the real past event in the middle age not like Skyrim or Baldur's gate. For example you can kill any NPC but if there is one witness, you will be hunted as criminal in the country, you could be executed or jailed in medieval style. If you don't eat or you eat some expired food you can die from disease. If you don't wash up, you will become dirty and many people will hate you. If you blaspheme against the catholic religion, you could be jailed or executed as heretics. The AI in the game is very sophisticated, the NPC can remember your past actions and reacts like a true living person ! Every NPC in the game for example in a village has their living routine, they work, they earn money (groshen), they eat, they shit, they wash up and sleep, one of them could get a lucky day for example and earn a lot of money and then you can steal him after. The fight system is very realistic not like in Skyrim or in Fallout 4 where you can kill alone all an army, in KCD even if you are a very strong fighter, you could be easily killed if your are facing just 2 enemies.

Effectively in the death fetish elements, this game has a lot of potential, in the KCD 1 you have the possibility to kill any women in many ways and taking their corpse after removing their clothes. There are already mods to put them naked in the game.

I have a great confidence for the KCD 2 to be better than KCD 1 not only for the death fetish elements but for the gameplay. The release of this upcoming next part of KCD will be extremely wonderful !!!

Warhorse Studio has showed others footages of his upcoming greatest RPG KCD 2, and after watching them there is some hope for the death fetish elements,

1- You can see some women NPCs in more explicit contents than in KCD 1

2- There is effectively more gore elements in the game than in KCD 1

3- More realistic activities and reactions/behaviors of NPCs in the game than in KCD 1.

I just hope that I will be able to completely strip the dead corpses of the women NPC and put them semi naked, of course in the KCD 1 you can do it but the females NPCs (also the males) are always wearing a medieval underwear, not sexy at all. But anyway you will always be able to use mods in this case like in KCD 1 there is a nice nude mod for females NPCs in nexusmods site.

IM playing through the first one now. I do hope we can strip the characters a little further, but I did notice the ESRB rating for KCD2 said Partial Nudity, Unlike the first game which had Nudity

It is strange what you are saying because there is no nudity at all in KCD1 (just in one scene when you fuck Theresa in romance), the only way to put females NPCs naked is to use that mod from the nexusmods site. And morever the females NPCs have not many variety of face types, you will find often females with same faces and same physics in the game.

And the most important is that in KCD 1 females NPCs never fight you when you assault them (0 females warriors in the game), but in KCD 2 if you see the poster in the video preview, you can see at least a woman using a crossbow which means maybe a changing in the gameplay, you will maybe find women NPCs who will fight you ?! Or females warriors in the game ?!

But effectively in the middle age of christian Europe, it is not realistic at all to find women warriors...

The game has been released, the PC system requirements are effectively huge but worth to play in high graphics.

So if you want to play it with your PC before buying the game check your PC system requirements => https://www.pcgamebenchmark.com/kingdom ... quirements

For playing KCD 2 at maximum FPS and with ultra high graphic, you have to get a Gefore RTX 4080 graphic card or the equivalent in another model ! (At least I have over the maximum...).

And don't forget to updating your graphic card driver to the current one to avoid bugs and crashes.

For me, I will wait again several weeks or months to buy it because I'm afraid that this game has many bugs and technical problems for now, nowadays when a new game is released, it is better to wait several weeks to buy it to avoid the bugs and the technical failures, (I waited several months to buy Starfield).

I found the first one to be completely unplayable and could not get past the first tutorial sequence - every time I just got stuck int he corner of a house interior unable to move the character properly. (BTW according to Steam a few other players had this problem it is a known bug but I thought they would have sorted it out by now. )

You have a very bad luck in this game xj900uk, KCD is the best RPG that I played in my life. You are never bored in the game, plenty of quests, plenty of random events, plenty of ambushes/fights, plenty things to do if you want like in the reality (you want to assault a family in their house in the night and kill the women here you go ! You want to become a serial killer of prostitutes in the Rattay town, here you go !). In KCD 1 I have already more than 800 hours of playing ! I already finished the storyline + all main quests in hard level, of course the game is still playable in infinite way just like Starfield or Fallout 4/3.

Now, I'm playing in Hardcore mode, very difficult (you can not do fast travel, you have to walk kilometers to reach villages and towns like in the reality) and I already nearly finished the storyline.
