I am not sure of Pennpauls relationship to Debbie D, but I do know that they seem to run Horror Variety Theatre as a team. He scouts locations, writes scripts and of course is the male actor in all their videos. At times he appears to also act as her agent.
Perhaps JAFA can tell you more about his actual status at Horror Variety Theatre.
