"The Visitor" marks a substantial jump in production values for Bluestone. I enjoyed the fast, tight editing, and the simple yet completely appropriate score. The story centers around an ex spy, played by the dark beauty Mink, who receives an unexpected visit from her old boss. Having retired from the business, and living under a new identity for the last 4 years, she was taken aback to see her ex boss sitting in her living room upon arriving home. They exchange some words, and the tension builds as Boss gives her the opportunity to choose between returning to her spy work at the agency, or well... death.
A Bluestone video would of course not be complete without a heated struggle and impending death of the lovely starlet. The video boasts some great fight sequences - namely the punches and kicks thrown by both Mink and the BossMan. Realistic looking stuff, save for the fact that if Mink's character took that many sequential hits to the face, she would be bleeding like a stuck pig. But alas, this is fantasy, and Mink is quite lovely, and classy too. I would have liked to see her struggle more with Boss rather than kinda giving in and taking the strangling with little resistance.
Minks' acting is stellar, and quite believable. Great facial expressions and delivery of dialogue. Excellent pacing and building of tension/conflict. Check this video out, Bluestone fans! You will be happy you did!
