Trying to find a classic femme fatalitie movie

I cant remember much of the plot but it was some guy photoshoots models or something in a theatre and he meets one that he really likes. She stays at his manor or something and his mother creeps her out and warns her about something. The son and I think the father make the models get in dangerous places (coffins etc) to do the shoots. All in all a very creepy film. The end of the movie is like a reveal that his father has been killing the models and wants his son to take up his mantle but the son and the model team up and kill the dad where they were doing their photoshoots (i think it was a theatre). The mother was trying to help all along or something.
