Kerie plays a hitwoman known as Phantom, who is assigned to break into a safe house and kill witness Gina Lopez, played by Lena. Carmen is the police constable who is guarding the witness. After shooting Carmen in the back and breast, and leaving her for dead, she confronts Lena, who turns out to be an undercover F.B.I. agent. A shoot-out results with both Kerie and Lena being fatally shot in the breast. Three babe shooting deaths in this one!
