This is an insurance scam where a man pretends to be dead, and then comes back to collect the insurance money from his former lover (Kerie). His new lover (Lena) helps him to murder his former lover. Lena pumps four slugs into Kerie’s chest with a silenced handgun, making two nipple bullseyes in the process. After Kerie dies, the man decides that he can’t trust Lena either and he pumps three rounds into her ample bosom.
