Miss Black Velvets (a.k.a. Velvet or Velvets) witnesses a murder from her apartment window. She shares the information with her friend, Suzi, but neither of them realize, until it’s too late, that the killer is stalking them. First, he eliminates the witness. Then, he murders her friend.
