The Executioner has returned, and this time is target is actress Samantha Grace (as played by Meredith), who was cast for a role over another actress who subsequently committed suicide. In his warped view of reality, the Executioner blames Samantha for pushing the other actress over the edge. So, he sneaks into her apartment and secrets an electrocution device under her bed. Then, he telephones her, accuses her of murder, and triggers the device remotely. Meredith is then electrocuted in bed while dressed in a sexy negligee. It is a long, brutal electrocution, causing her body to bounce and writhe on the bed as electricity flows through her body!
