Sultry Suzi has been captured by the Feds and accused of terrorism. She refuses to provide the names of her fellow cell members to her interrogator, so he calls in a special agent who has no problem using deadly force in order to get the information from stubborn Suzi. Once he has the information, he decides to save the taxpayers the cost of a trial.
