A tough homicide cop is assigned to track down a serial killer who is murdering prostitutes. In this scene, Lydie Denier plays the first victim who has her neck bone snapped, even after she’s shot her attacker several times and is trying to call 9-1-1. She is being strangled in a throat lift when her neck is snapped, so I’ve included this in both the strangle and neck snap sections.
