Someone is killing off nubile real estate agents. A psychologist doing a therapy talk show begins getting calls from the perpetrator, and cooperates with the police to try and stop him. Unfortunately, his lover is a real estate agent, and when it becomes clear that the madman is getting information for his kills from her discarded home listings, they both become endangered. In this scene, we get a great look at this beauty as she closes up the vacant house, but then she is grabbed, strung up, gagged with duct tape, and her chest moistened with champagne before electric wires are attached to her and a switch is thrown. Then, she’s fried! Great build up to the killing as this beautiful babe watches her killer pull a knife, cut her bra open and prepares to attach wires to her sexy body.
