A real estate agent terrifies a couple with the grim fates of the previous owners of a house they’re looking at. In this scene, a hot lady (Rachel York) is caught by her husband in bed with another man. He forces her to write a suicide note and hangs a noose for her. He then forces her to climb the chair and put her head in the noose. There are great closeups on her face as she holds the noose around her neck and lots of closeups on her sexy bare feet as she tip toes on the chair. A few moments later, after telling them his plan, he kicks away the chair. When the chair is kicked away she starts gasping and kicking her legs and feet and there is one full body view while she hangs. She is eventually cut down just a few seconds before death, but is found hanging in a later scene.
