A police detective (Alex Cord) searches for a killer who targets prostitutes working the sleazy side of Hollywood. The hooker is asked to pull down her top and she complies, showing off her nice set. Then, she’s asked to remove her nylons. She takes one off and hands it to him. As she starts to take the other one off, he wraps the nylon around her neck and strangles her to death.
