Empire (2002) - Denise Richards shot in head
A successful South Bronx drug dealer Victor Rosa (John Alberto Leguizamo) turns his back on his roots and gives money to Jack, a Wall Street broker, to invest for him. Denise Richards plays Trish, who introduces Victor and his girlfriend, Carmen, to a sophisticated downtown lifestyle, after Carmen, meets Trish at school. In this scene, Victor confronts Jack and Trish with a gun. While he concentrates on arguing with Jack, Trish pulls a gun, but Victor whirls and shoots her in the head before she can fire. Trish (Denise) freezes, a death stare on her face, and falls back onto the bed dead.
End of a Gun (2016) - Hot brunette takes one in head before she can fire
A mall security guard -- and former federal agent -- crosses paths with a drug kingpin's enforcer after he saves a woman from danger. Jade Ewen gets a terminal headache before she can shoot Steven Seagal!

Babe, Susan Wood, exits her bathroom wearing a towel and gets 2 silencer shots to the belly, by an intruder.
Fargo (TV Series Episode - 2014) - Helena Mattsson shot in head in elevator
In Fargo, beautiful Helena Mattsson plays Jemma Stalone, Billy Bob Thornton’s fiancé in a couple of episodes. She is hot and very nice, and he hooks up with her to get close to his mark. He, Helena, his mark and his girlfriend all step onto an elevator and are joined by a man who could blow Billy Bob’s cover. Instead of allowing that to happen, Billy Bob emotionlessly shoots all three of his companions in the head. Helena is shot last and collapses into a pool of blood on the elevator floor, lovely legs exposed by her minidress and the sprawl of her dead body. This quick, callous killing of Jemma, played by hot Swedish actress Helena Mattsson, is more shocking because of her beauty.
First Degree (2002) - Babe in evening gown in shot in the head and still looks beautiful
A company barbeque goes haywire and things slowly begin to unravel when the boss comes up dead as a result of a failed kidnapping. As the afternoon heats up, clues are revealed that someone at the party was actually involved in the scandalous plot. Before the night is over, those behind this devious plan will be exposed, and the surviving guests will go home with a very bad taste in their mouth. In this scene, Kimberly Kates first loses her gun and then her life! It looks like the guy who snatched her gun is going to shoot himself in the head, but at the last minute, he shoots Kimberly in the head. As she drops dead into a chair, her killer remarks that she still looks good!
Fled (1996) - Hot girl is shot through a peephole
The victim is played by former Playboy model Brittany Powell. She plays a stripper who performed in stockings and has just been screwing a guy. There’s a knock on the door, and she goes to the door in a short silken robe, and looks through the peephole. A gunman fires through the peephole and her body goes flying, crashes through a glass table, and lands dead on the floor. Unfortunately, we do not get a good view of the body or the head wound. The Video is also not the best quality.
General Hospital (TV series 1963 - ) - A couple of blondes are shot in separate scenes
General Hospital, Episode 8/26/13 contains the shooting of a hot blonde, Connie Falconeri as played by Kelly Sullivan, in a tight white dress. Connie is belly blasted by another irate babe. Lots of blood in this one, and I have edited the longer version into the one below, putting the scene in chronological order and putting the imaginary/psychic premonition scene at the end. She takes a long time to die, but it is enjoyable watching her bloodied but sexy body for a little longer as her life slowly drains away.
This second shooting of a hot blonde also had to be edited down in order to concentrate on the good parts. Suffice it to say that an evil woman uses her hot blonde daughter to seduce a man, but the blonde falls in love with him. So, the mother tests her by giving her a gun and ordering her to shoot the man. Instead, she turns the gun on her mother, but it is full of blanks. Having failed the test, the mother orders the blonde’s immediate execution, which is quickly carried out.
Give ‘Em Hell, Malone (2009) - Hot brunette in evening gown used as human shield is shot in head
A tough as nails private investigator (Malone) squares off with gangsters and their thugs to protect a valuable secret. Malone goes through hell to protect the information but he dishes some hell as well.
Elsa Pataky shot in the head by Gregory Harrison as Malone tries to use her as a shield with a knife to her throat.
Gloria (1999) - Stacked, innocent babe shot in chest
When the neighbours are murdered by a group of mobsters, one of which is a former boyfriend, Gloria takes the couple's seven-year-old son on the run. In time, she learns why the boy's parents were killed. In this scene, Sarita Choudhury, playing Angela, winds up in the wrong place at the wrong time and is mercilessly executed.
Guns (1984) - Three babes are gunned down separately
After a failed assassination attempt on her partner, DEA agent Donna Hamilton discovers that the crime lord responsible for her father's death is coming after her and her associates.
In the first scene, Allegra Curtis gets a terminal headache when she’s shot in the head in a restaurant!
In the second scene, Lisa London gets popped in the belly and goes right down. Her associates come to her aide too late!
In the third scene, Devin DeVasquez gets what's coming to her! She pulls a gun and fires as the woman holding a gun on her, but keeps hitting one of the many mirror images instead. Then, when she’s out of bullets, she’s put down!
