Kilo’s childhood is spent in the streets of East Los Angeles, cruising in low riders with his father, Manny. Starting off small, Kilo discovers the drug business to be very profitable. With a little help from Sabeva (Jennifer Tilly), the daughter of a Colombian gangster, he goes from small time dealer to Kingpin running things internationally. In this scene, Jennifer Tilly is first shot then gets her neck snapped during a throat lift!
